First Experience with this Genre

This is the first time I’ve experienced any live show involving Progressive, Death, Doom Metal and the various assortment of other names given to the genres of music which the bands played. I was taken from the start. Opener Khemmis far exceeded expectations and have gained a new fan in me. The rest of the night just kept it going and also being a new Trivium fan (first heard them this past July), I can say with confidence this is one the best shows I’ve seen in my life - and I’m a 46 year old music lover with scores upon scores of concerts under my belt.
